How long does delivery take in Iraq?

From a confirmed order, delivery is one working day in Baghdad and two working days to any other governorate. Orders leave the Baghdad warehouse, and we deliver to every governorate in Iraq.

Are the toner, ink and parts genuine Canon?

Yes. The catalogue sells Canon devices, genuine consumables and the service parts our engineers fit. Stock is held in Iraq, not ordered in from Europe when you ask.

How does an engineer get access to the service portal?

The shop needs no account. The portal does, because the manuals and parts data behind it are for machines under contract. Request access with your employer, the series you work on and the sites you cover. We check that against our contract records, and approval is usually within one working day. After that you can ask the assistant; if it cannot close the fault, a certified engineer takes the thread.

How do I track a Canon order?

There is no account. Open Track an order and enter two things: the reference on your confirmation, which starts with CN-, and the mobile number used at checkout. If either one does not match, the answer is the same, so one cannot be used to look through other people's orders.
