The three states an account moves through
So you know what to expect after you send the request. One of these sits here when you come back.
Pending
The service desk is matching your employer against the contracts for the sites you listed. Nothing more is needed from you — we email you either way.
Approved
Sign in with the same work email and the portal opens on the series you were approved for.
Declined
We could not match your employer to a contract on file. That usually means the contract is held under a different firm name, or it lapsed at the last renewal. Ask your employer to send us the contract reference and we reopen the request the same day.
