Cause
The pickup motor in the right deck is not reaching the speed the DC controller expects. On this series it is usually a glazed pickup roller slipping on the top sheet, or clutch connector J1013 backed out during a jam clearance.
Action
Open the right deck and pull the pickup and feed roller unit. Replace the roller if the rubber is polished. Reseat J1013 on the pickup clutch. Clear the code in service mode: COPIER > FUNCTION > CLEAR > ERR, then power cycle.
